Boil the pasta in salted water.
Save a small cup of pasta water, then drain.
Return the pasta to the pan with a splash of pasta water.
Add Segreto Rosso and stir until glossy.
Finish with parmesan, herbs, black pepper, and a little olive oil.
Serve with extra Rosso on top.
